  • What surface treatment do you have available for aluminum?

A: 1. Polishing: Overcoming defects, deburring, and brightening the surface.
2. Sandblasting: The purpose of aluminum surface treatment is to overcome and conceal some defects of the aluminum alloy during mechanical processing and to meet some special requirements of customers for product appearance. There are glass sand, tungsten sand, etc., showing different feelings, similar to the rough texture of ground glass, and fine sand molds can also show high-end products.
3. Metal electroplating method: it is more common, and there is a process of electroplating after polishing.
4. Scuffing: It is called wire drawing, which is similar to car lines. They all form smooth continuous lines on the surface. The difference is that the car lines are looped lines and the rubbing lines are straight lines.
5. Anodized (coloring): The aluminum surface treatment and oxidation are used in two ways to enhance physical properties and achieve the purpose of coloring.

  • How could I get the quote?

A: If you have the detail drawing for your project, please send the CAD or 3D drawing to our email ([email protected]), also quotation elements: drawings, material, quantity, surface treatment. After assess, we will send the competitive quotation for you.

  • Do you have MOQ requirement?

A: We have no specific requirements for the MOQ, based on our experience, we also help our customers to research and develop products from A to Z. If you just want to test our quality, 5pcs or 10pcs will be your best choice.

  • How do you guys handle cutouts that are too close to a bend, is drilling or notching preferred?

A: Typically this is picked up at the quoting stage upfront and you would be informed that you have a cutout or hole that is too close to the bend uh typically our engineering team will default to notching this cutout to prevent it from stretching, however, if it is a circular hole we are able to drill it out to size as long as we have a drill bit that is within plus or minus 5000 of an inch. however if you do have a preference make sure to let us know as early as possible, and we can make sure that gets done for you.

  • Do you also make molds for plastic injection molding?

A: We also have a plastic injection workshop, but it only services the CNC machining parts, like auxiliary equipment. We cannot help to assess if your parts all made in plastic.

  • How can we ensure that our drawings do not disclose to a third party?

A: We will sign the NDA before we start the assessment. And all the computer installed the encryption software and only our manager and boss have the permits to declassify the document. So you can be sure of it.
